The apartment's neighborhood is very central, nice and safe. You’ll find everything you need! I recommend walking to ‘La Rue de Bretagne’ and take advantage of its variety of delicatessens. In the middle of everything, you€™'ll be walking distance from the Centre Pompidou (Beaubourg), €˜La Place de la République€™, the Seine River, and even Notre Dame or the Louvre. Very close from the studio, there is the well known historical and trendy area of ‘Le Marais’, which has more than a few surprises in store for you ! gay area

Inside, everything is newly furnished and modern, except for the charming oak beams framing the alcove, and the iron grillwork to the small private courtyard. All the windows open to this courtyard, therefore you€™re completely protected from the noise of the street. At night, you won’t be disturbed by neighbors (a doctor’s office and a medical laboratory); during the day, as you are on the ground floor and the closest metro station is only 30 meter away, you’ll merely hear the discreet purring of the metro that will quickly and easily take you everywhere in Paris !

The place is equipped with a washer-dryer for your laundry, and, in the kitchen, everything you need to cook your own meals and make nice breakfasts. By the way, it€™s worth crossing the street or walk next door to get the most delicious "croissants" or fresh "baguettes" from one of the nicest bakery of the neighborhood ! :)
